Snacking: We All Do It

I like to eat.
I like to go on a "seafood" diet. I see food. And I eat it.

Snacking is good, and fun to do, but it's definitely not a way to lose weight.

So here are some good snacking tips for when you're trying to cut back.
  • Don't just quit cold turkey, it doesn't work. Take it slow.
  • Almonds are a great way to snack without gaining weight.
  • Admit it: Fruits are actually pretty great.
  • If you get a craving, only satisfy what you crave for. Don't go overboard and buy 45678324969 pounds of snack foods.
  • Don't snack all day long. Set snack times for yourself and folow them.
